As a serial technology entrepreneur, educator, mentor and authority on international youth entrepreneurship with over 20 years entrepreneurial business experience, he brings a wide range of leading-edge practical industry centred experience to education, providing both a theoretically informed and practice led approach to business management education.
Over the last ten years he has successfully created and delivered enterprise and entrepreneurship education through a number of government and university organisations. He has designed and delivered a broad range of national and international extracurricular entrepreneurship interventions, university elective modules and a venture creation degree programmes.

Dr Matthew Rogers-Draycott
Academic Development Lead
Matthew Rogers-Draycott is an internationally renowned entrepreneurship educator, business coach and recovering company director who wants to help other people find their purpose, and live their passion.
Across his varied career Matt has led several companies, authored numerous courses, and supported countless business. This gives him a unique perspective which he draws on to provide significant value to his students and clients.
Matts passion is helping others to better understand their work and their clients so that they are able to grow and develop their offerings. He’s a firm believer in the idea that most people simply don’t understand the value they can deliver, and how to communicate this to others, and that’s what he wants to help everyone he works with to be able to do.
An expert in course design, development and implementation, Matt has created highly impactful learning experiences that span apps, online environments, and traditional classrooms. Matts portfolio of courses covers a wide range of topics including ideation, entrepreneurship, project management, strategy, marketing, operations, and business design.
Currently, Matt works at the Royal Agricultural University as a lecturer in entrepreneurship, he also holds two external examining positions, acts a freelance learning designed and runs a successful coaching practice.
Deepak Pathak
Strategist and campaign manager
Deepak is a multi award winning entrepreneur and international MBA Lecturer. Author of a best selling book and numerous courses on Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Having worked with many charitable causes, Deepak joins us his former role as Global Lead for the Sewa Day charity where during Covid they helped replenish over 80 foodbanks on a constant basis across the UK alone, helped over 40 hospitals with much needed PPE and clothing items for patients when all stores were closed alongside working with other major charities. The charity was mentioned in parliament 4 times for it’s impact and coordination of over 2000 volunteers on a daily basis and received the support of the Duchess of York. Deepak joins Albion Business School as a trustee with particular responsibility for coordinating Ambassadors, Fundraising and PR.
