We are looking for people to help organise the event, and welcome you providing as little or as much time as you can spare.

How can you help?

We need people like you to help us in many ways:

  • To help create awareness of our project.
  • To get involved with fundraising.
  • Provide support during the event to those participating
  • Promote the fundraising during the event

Raise Funds:

The ask: To raise £12,500 (£500/hr) to pay the registration fees for each student. This allows them to begin their learning experience beginning Sept 2022.

We are looking for sponsors for each student of each hour. If your business/organisation can become a sponsor or if you as an individual wish to commit to £500 or more, let’s get rocking!

Help us get Organised

We only have a few days but we have so much to do! We need help from a team of volunteers who can help with:

  • Logistics of the event (how it will all run smoothly)
  • Coordinating the walkers/runners
  • Helping to ensure everyone is safe
  • Many more things we haven’t thought of yet!

We need your help to make this manageable as we want lots of people to get involved.
If you can spare some time, either before the event or ideally also during the event, we would love to hear of you. Time is short and so much to do!

Help create Awareness

We are on a mission to educate 100,000 individuals from poorer countries to degree level and hopefully help with Empowering A Generation to change the world in a positive way.

This first cohort of 25 young ladies is just the beginning, and to ensure we reach our big target, we need to make as many people as possible aware of our mission. We need to find those people who resonate with our mission and will help us along the way.

If you can help:

  • Create awareness by spreading messages about this event on your social channels, newsletter or announce it somewhere else – it will be a huge help
  • If you know of people/companies that could sponsor or help us, then please share this document with them
  • If you have access to people in the media or know of influencers who can either talk about us or would even like to join us on the walk, then we really need to hear from you!
